House hunt is on house four

So we are starting to refine what we are looking for. The other half is beginning to see the advantages of buying an older house. Built better and usually on a larger plot. He has also agreed that sometimes to get what you want you have to willing to adapt or extend.

So bearing this in mind house three did tick a lot of boxes.
  • It is not far from where we now live, and within the same authority. Something we had not considered possible. The town we live in is a new town, which in the 1970's unified lots of villages and has built between all and far beyond.
  • Older house as part is over 100 years old
  • Larger plot
  • Not being built around as the area is already established
  • Able to extend

  1. That house offers the best choice for alteration & renovation as well as a generous garden.
