A buyers market

As much as we have followed the golden rules.

• Declutter - make sure the house isn't over crowded so viewers can see their own things in it.
• Move furniture - move to create uses for all spaces.
• Pack & box - all non essential items or items you can live without can be sold, or packed away.
• Neutralise - decorate in a calm, clean and fresh way.
• Depersonalise - pack away any photos that are not needed.
• Keep tidy - daily tidying ready for a call with viewers coming.
• House jobs - do all those little DIY jobs that have not been finished.

All this and after a month still no one through the door. So unhappy with the service we have had we have changed estate agents.
