A surprise

I have been worried about my sister since her announcement of being pregnant. She seems more tired, more uneasy and generally more down.

Since coming back off our our family holiday, lots of little things have not worked out. Her son being ill for her hubby's birthday, so they still haven't been able to rearrange going out. Evening classes and cricket season clashing for a few months, so they spend little time together.

Being pregnant is hard enough without a child with endless amounts of energy, as my nephew can.

So what to do, when it came to their wedding anniversary was simple. Lock them in a room together. No only kidding, send them away for the night, and have two kid free days together. But to achieve this I always need my secret weapon....... my eldest son. My nephew adores him, always wanting him when on the phone and always wanting to be with him. It was difficult explaining at the airport when we landed from holiday, that we were going to our house and they were going back to Wales.

All the boys together.

So happy anniversary sis, I love you xxx

  1. I love the words you have written. The first stage of my pregnancy was harder than I thought but I am now starting to feel happy! You have a massive heart and I am a lucky girl to have a big sis like you.

Ellie Hajdasz you are one in a million!

    1. What more can be said. Loving your family is one of the most precious things, after all not everyone has that in their life.
