Back to work

Today normality began after the Christmas holidays. The breaking of my restful sleep by the blackness of the alarm clock in early morning. At work the bleakness of the weather reflected the mood of many returning to work. The rain pouring and the wind lashing the landscape. I found this poem that I have enjoyed today.
